Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by our technical providers, solely for the purposes above:
- Infomaniak Network SA (site hosting, Switzerland)
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Calendar and, if consented, Google Analytics 4)
- Tally BV (Horyond Non Profit application form)
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (Google) may transfer data to the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU - US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
The site is hosted in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
- Right of access and rectification
- Right to erasure and to restriction of processing
- Right to object and right to data portability
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time
- Right to set instructions on what happens to your data after your death

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security and updates
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
This policy may change. In case of a substantial change, the update date and, if necessary, a fresh request for consent will be provided.
